No Orgasm and Pain

(Hi, this is my first post, also mobile sorry)So I’m going to preface this with saying I am in a 24/7 TPE M/s dynamic, I have a Master, He controls my orgasms, please don’t tell me what to do with them.Since I can remember, I’ve always had extremely severe stomach pains when I can’t achieve at least three orgasms in a session, whether it’s solo or with a partner.My doctor thinks it’s a sign of PCOS or endometriosis, leaning towards the PCOS diagnosis.Because of this, I can edge and be teased for a good while, but sessions have to end with multiple orgasms (sometimes even post-orgasm torture) or I will hurt so much.As long as I’m not teased and then stopped I’m fine, either I’m not horny and fine or I’ve finished and I’m fine.
