Real Talk : Major Cramping

I’m not new to denial, but I am new to doing it in a structured manner under someone else’s control. And it’s good. Great, even! I’ve been edging harder, more frequently, and in new ways under Sir’s direction. One thing we’ve done this last week a couple times has been to insert a vibe on a low setting and keep it there til the battery runs down (roughly 3 hours). It’s wonderful.The aftermath, however, seems maybe not to be so wonderful, though. I’ve never had bad PMS symptoms in my life. Sure, some months are worse than others, but it’s always usually pretty mild. Yesterday, though, I was nearly floored by hours of gut-wrenching cramps and chills.Has anyone else experienced an increase or change in PMS symptoms as a result of increased edging and denial? And if so, how did you deal with it in the context of a denial regimen? I know orgasms can provide some pain relief, but I’m hesitant to use that option.
