F23 / Establishing an Edging Routine

I’m just curious if there’s anyone on here who has created (or has had one created for them) a daily / weekly routine to their edging. I’m pretty consistently denied but it often gets to the point where I forget to edge for a couple of days and then I go overboard the next time I touch and then cum. I’m not really looking to have someone control my denial so I think a routine would be my best option.While I live a normally busy life, I definitely am able to make room for edging into my daily schedule.
