A long time lurker and a long-term denial lover here. For the past few years I have been experimenting with longer periods of orgasm denial with my longest being 8 months in 2019. I really did slack off during 2020 though, and my longest period of denial barely lasted 2 months. I’m newly single and my ex & I were had joked about me staying denied for all of 2021. Now I’m single, I’m committed to this being the case.I haven’t quite settled on my rules just yet. I already edge a couple times daily but I do want to be stricter and have a routine. I’m still working from home so I’m thinking about making my rules one edge per 2 hours I’m awake plus one as soon as I get up and one before bed. My other rules I already do is that I must wear my buttplug while I work and I wear nipple clamps daily for around 30 minutes.I’m considering being allowed one ruin per month AS LONG AS I follow all my rules satisfactory. I’m also considering no clothing being allowed in the house (unless I have guests over or for work purposes).
