For years now you have consistently given us high quality content, and for that the community and mods are grateful.As some of you may have noticed, we have no formal rule set here; we have been operating mostly on moderator discretion in addition to banning obvious spam. It is rare that the mods need to remove anything that could be on the fence of being appropriate here; it’s either quality content or blatant spam. Anyone who bothers to make a caption is probably well familiar with what this community is for without the need to check their content against a list of rules we lay out.However, there is one type of content that I occasionally notice that I’m not comfortable with hosting here, which is candid shots of regular people with no sexual context. Therefore, I feel like I should make one thing clear:Images must already be sexualized independent of the caption to be posted here. It doesn’t matter how good or fitting the caption is if the image cannot stand on its own.This is in addition to the Reddit site-wide rules against revenge porn and sexualization of minors, of course. For example:Good ImagesThese kinds of images will almost always be allowed.PornCelebritiesAmateur sexual content creators (no references to paid profiles)Models in suggestive attireProfessional models posing suggestivelyProbably GoodThese kinds of images will require moderator discretion, depending on context. When in doubt, provide a source!High-profile “influencers” (Instagram models, YouTubers, Twitch streamers, etc.)BikinisLingerieNo visible faceNot AllowedThese kinds of images will likely be removed.Candid images without sexual context (something that would be appropriate for a Facebook or LinkedIn profile)Non-sexual studio photosPublic setting with visible bystander facesPlease keep these examples in mind when deciding what kinds of images to use for captions.
